Harnessing project management skills

Project management is the process of applying practical skills to budgeting, costing and other factors that need to be taken into account in the planning stages of any project. These skills are normally taught at a higher education level such as and MBA or other post-graduate course. The Adult Basic Education and Training programme however aims to provide these management skills at a more basic level to a greater number of people. ABET is a leader in this field and can offer other basic education and skills development and training. Value added courses such as HIV and business communication are also available form ABET facilitators.
