ABET can help with business challenges

As business demands grow and margins tighten many business owners are expecting more and more from their employees. However without upskilling their workers there is a limit to what each employee can contribute to the success of the business. Adult Basic Education and Training can provide a cost effective solution to providing employees with additional skills with minimum disruption to the day to day running of the business. Workers attend classes on site for between four and six hours a week until they have completed an ABET module. As an added bonus studies have shown that employees afforded the chance of further education are more motivated to contribute to the success of a business.
