Make sure that ABET is accredited

When choosing an accelerated education and training course for your employees, it is important to ensure that the course meets the standards of the South African Qualifications Authority or SAQA. It will be of little use to send your workers on a course that does not meet the national standards which means that they will not be certified upon completion of the course. The South African Qualifications Authority was appointed to set the standards of qualification for certification and ensure that the standards are upheld by all education and training programmes designed for adults who lack education. SAQA is also in charge of ensuring that there is an awareness regarding the literacy and illiteracy levels in South Africa and campaign regularly to effect a change.
