When we identified the training need with our staff in terms of higher education it was new to us. We needed assistance to start this process as this training field was new to the employees and to senior management.

Triple E helped us to get ABET started at our company. Their assistance, motivation and explanation of how the process works were phenomenal. They fit into your programme, doesn’t matter how many times your program changes! And they are always professional about it and assist with the motivation of the staff.

They are currently still doing our ABET classes and after 8 years it is still a pleasure working with the company.

Triple E Training Holdings (Pty) Ltd has been our training provider for our Adult Education and Training classes, ranging from level 1 to 4 for the last three years.

Our staff has not merely grown on a professional level, but also in a personal capacity as the learning encompasses very current and real life application. They look forward to the training sessions on a weekly basis and we have found the programme to be very positive and uplifting, leading to a demand for the AET courses, where there use to be resistance and fear for further learning amongst staff.

Triple E Training Holdings is an organization that has assisted our lower level staff to grow in their areas of responsibilities, and we have seen growth within their personal lives as well, by offering them ABET (adult basic education training).

Two examples of how our staff has grown, our receptionist has been promoted to a finance admin assistant, and an office cleaner has been promoted to a cleaning supervisor. We believe this growth has come as a result of the assistance we received from Triple E Training Holdings through ABET, in assisting our staff with their basic educational needs.

We have always received good service from our appointed relationship manager. We receive all our progress reports timeously. Classes are regular with hardly any re-scheduling or postponing. Any queries or questions we might have, are usually answered timeously and easily.

IE. Learnership training

The Learnership Training Academy within ArcelorMittal South Africa embarked in learnership training since 2004. ArcelorMittal piloted the Iron and Steel Manufacturing qualification NQF level 2-4. Triple e Training was sourced to present the fundamental training for the learnerships presented within ArcelorMittal South Africa.
